Arrangement
- Book your preferred guide and process checkout. (Don’t miss out our Shortsdeal 10% off!)
- Our coordinator will reach out to you for a double check within 24 hours after your payment. Our office is in South Korea, so it could take up to 24 hours for our team to check your order and details.
- For detailed arrangement, you can always reach out to your coordinator up to 48 hours before your tour starts.
* Coordinators are not your tour guides. Our coordinators help better communication between our customers and guides, helping their personal information kept confidential.
* Our coordinating service is free.Your Tour Day
- Your tour guide will message you through Whatsapp or Line, 24 hours before meet up.
- Your guide will say “Welcome!” once meeting. If your guide doesn’t say ‘welcome’, you can claim a full refund.
- Enjoy your extra safe and local travel!
Refund Policy
Cancellation
- Cancellation 14 days before the start of the tour: 100% refund
- Cancellation 7 days before the start of the tour: 70% refund
- Cancellation 3 days before the start of the tour: 30% refund
- Cancellation 2 days before the start of the tour: no refund
Natural Disasters of Epidemic
In case of natural disasters or outbreak of epidemic such as Covid, we are committed to understanding your circumstances. Please reach out to your coordinator so we can hear from you and arrange refund for you.
Disclaimer
Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by [Your Company Name].

- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
Health and Safety

- Welcome by MELLIVE will not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the tour.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to adhere to all safety instructions provided by our tour guides.
Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
- Welcome by MELLIVE is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance before joining any tour. This should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and any other risks associated with travel.
Itinerary Changes
- Welcome by MELLIVE reserves the right to alter or amend itineraries without prior notice due to weather, operational requirements, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Assumption of Risk
- By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel and outdoor activities, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to wildlife, and unpredictable weather conditions.
- Participants assume all risks and liabilities related to these activities.
Limitation of Liability
- Welcome by MELLIVE and its employees, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our tours.
- This limitation of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay, or other issues beyond our control.
Governing Law
- This disclaimer and all matters arising from the use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising from or related to our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Republic of Korea.
