Tour Guide Zoom Meeting & Paid Training
After receiving a tour guide application, our team arranges an interview with the applicant. We share our vision and policy, and double check if all information provided is true and correct.
Once agreement, our tour guides will have a paid training session so we get better prepared to offer best experience for our customers.
100% Refund Policy
If you encounter any offensive language or behaviour from your guide, or if you encounter a problematic situation due to our service, please contact us immediately. We’ll be in touch shortly, and arrange a full refund for you.
